This beautiful girl celebrated her first birthday in April. What a year for her to add so much delight to!! And a great year for her Mom who’s a teacher to be on maternity leave. She’s had a cute sidekick for all the work around the farm. Madison’s another one of those babies that you look at and think she is just so perfect! Like absolutely perfect!!! It’s been fun watching her grow this past year and seeing the joy she brings to their family. A quick visit or just stopping by their farm usually turns into a longer chat and photographing their family through the years has been really special. We are big fans of this neighborhood and we have some of the cutest neighbors!! Madison’s older brothers seemed excited to celebrate their baby sister and were happy to join in for some photos. They are happy, sweet kids!!
Although there were pesky teeth making for a not-so-happy baby once it came time for the cake smash, there was a first birthday to celebrate! And a beautiful cake to smash!! We moved the setup onto the deck for a change of scenery which bought us some time. The cake was made by Madison’s talented auntie that was too pretty to eat. Even the baby thought so! But with some coaxing – and a spoon! – she dug in a bit. And even tipped it upside down! Her mama put a lot of effort into preparing for the photo shoot including these adorable outfits. I really have the best clients that are wonderful to work with! Parents that are willing to be goofy and do all the things to bring out cute smile in their children. I’m thrilled to share another sweet birthday girl. These first birthday shoots were heaps of fun!!!
