All print product are made to order by a professional print lab in Canada. Your order will be shipped directly to you from the print lab. Free shipping is offered within Canada. The length of time from order to delivery depends on the products ordered and your delivery location. The average time for production and delivery will be 10 days for prints to 5 weeks during the holiday season. Once the order is complete you will receive an email with the tracking information. If you need your print product by a specific date please contact me before ordering.
We are not able to accept returns as products are made according to your preferences on order. Please contact info@jenellequigley.com within 3 days of delivery if you receive product that was damaged in transit. Please include a photo of the damage. Do not contact the print lab directly as they exclusively offer services to professional photographers.
CROPPING may be necessary depending on the chosen size. Cropping will be done at the discretion of the photographer for what suits the image best. Digital images are 2×3 aspect ratio and film images are 2×2.68.
COLORS may vary depending on the screen you are viewing on which may result in the printed product slightly varying from your screen. My monitor is calibrated regularly to ensure with the professional print lab and finished products.
SIGNATURE: A faint 1″ Jenelle Quigley Photography watermark is located in the bottom right hand corner of each product in place of a signature. If you wish to have this removed on your order please contact info@jenellequigley.com for pricing on the additional charge.
Products:
LUSTRE PRINT: Image is printed on lustre paper, mounted and laminated for protection. Lustre paper is semi-gloss with with a sheen that makes it easier to view from all directions. Mounting is to prevent warping and provides durability. Lustre prints need to be framed.
FINE ART PRINT: Image will be printed on bamboo fine art paper that is 90% bamboo fibres and provides a natural look and environmentally friendly paper production. A natural white, warm-toned paper. Bamboo is acid- and lignin-free. The unique combination of sustainable bamboo fibres, soft surface texture and impressive print quality gives artwork outstanding expression and soul. Fine art prints need to be framed.
GALLERY WRAP CANVAS: A gallery wrap canvas is a high quality print on artist canvas. The canvas is beautifully wrapped onto a stretcher and satin laminated for protection. The finished product is 2″ thick and ready to hang on your wall.
STANDOUT MOUNT: Photographic print mounted onto MDF board with bevelled 2″ edges and laminated to protect the photograph. Select your choice of edge color (black, dark brown or white). Ready to hang on your wall!
FLUSHMOUNT: A photographic print is mounted on 3/4″ board with bevelled edges and lamination. Select your choice of edge color (black, dark brown or white). Ready to hang on your wall!
WOOD PHOTO MOUNT: A photographic print is mounted on 3/4″ natural wood with bevelled edges and lamination. Ready to hang on your wall!
WOODEN WALL HANGER: Wooden bars that magnet together to hold the laminated print in place. You can change out the photograph in the future if you wish.
