After photographing these adorable, sweet kids with their grandparents in the spring I was thrilled to get an inquiry for fall family photos. As we discussed plans, photos with their two horses and a pony came up. My excitement level heightened. I love when horses are included in photo shoots!! Witnessing people that work with horses often and know how to handle them well, I’m always amazed and love to watch how they work! Also, this beautiful lady’s thick, naturally curly hair definitely kept grabbing my attention too. I love her amazing hair!! As their own property is more open, the effort this wonderful mother and wife put into helping find a great location was appreciated. This pasture on their friend’s land near Trossachs was gorgeous in the fall tones!! With a big rock this handsome, energetic boy raced over to stand on!
They trailered the horses along to this pretty location. The delight when a little girl’s pony, named Popcorn, came out of the trailer was the cutest and she smiled even more than before. It’s the ladies in their family that are especially interested in horses. Although we rescheduled from a blustery, rainy day we ended up with a windy but sunny morning. Thank goodness the sun was shining to bring some warmth as it was tough to get shelter from the wind for their fall family photos. You really can’t tell from the photos though. They did fantastic and made it such a fun, enjoyable time. They’re a beautiful, loving family and the kids are darling. Their outfits were perfectly coordinated too. It was lovely to get to know them better and capture these happy memories in pretty fall surroundings!!
