As I mentioned in the last blog post of the Pederson extended family, there was request about two years ago that I would reserve this particular date in July for their family. So I was looking forward to this day for a while! It had been a bit since the last photo shoot I had for a Tribune area graduate. Although this gorgeous grad had been away for high school, with her graduation day being past then having photos taken at their family farm worked great. The busyness of the school year finishing and graduation festivities were over so we could focus on the excitement of being officially finished high school!! And all that is ahead in life for this wonderful, kindhearted and delightful young lady! Her grad dress popped against the greens and sparkled in the sunshine. She looked stunning!!
Having photographed the Pederson family several times over the years it has been sweet to watch this beautiful gal grow up. The eldest child and grandchild of their family so the first to graduate and a wonderful person for her siblings and cousins to look up to! We took family photos in the yard then headed over to the horse pasture. I was amazed at how she handled her horse. And especially making it really look effortless to jump on to ride bareback – in her grad dress!!! This the bonus of having grad photos taken after graduation day that the dress is special but as she said likely the last time to wear it. So we could get the photos she wanted and she was game for anything!
Congratulations!! Graduation is very exciting and I’m so glad I got to capture a big milestone and memories for this sweet, wonderful family!
