Heading out to this family’s farm in the Weyburn area again this fall was exciting!! They are one of the sweetest families! And the kids have really changed and grown since their last photo shoot. Being initially torn between booking a summer date or waiting until fall, we lucked out. On our set date, it was beautiful and over 30º so it definitely felt like hot summer weather yet we were surrounded by pretty fall colors in their yard. A perfect blend of the two seasons! Their outfits complimented the backgrounds. They enjoy farm-life and harvest wrapped up around the Weyburn area in good time this year so everything worked out really well.
It was fun to include their new dog, Minnie, as well this time. A nice addition to their farm! She’s a pretty dog and made them all laugh when she got the zoomies!! Then she’d come pose so nicely beside them. We finished off their shoot at this ginormous rock near their farm. It’s very cool and unique! Seeing the kids reactions was really cute. Having wedding photos taken on the rock about 5 years ago, it was special to update with their whole family! They all did really great and I’m always very grateful for parents that help keep their kids engaged throughout the photo shoot. Even when it means doing silly things and making up amusing stories! There were adorable, sweet moments and lots of cute smiles!!
Someone took a little siesta on mama’s lap. He’s at a funny, entertaining stage and had me laughing!
I love these darling mother and daughter captures! Just the sweetest in their floral dresses. It called for some twirls too!
